    Yes the property is still for sale, currently this is the last price of the owner. Relatively, the property is a bargain already because based on the selling price the property, it is only at 8,500/sqm compared to the on-going market rate of 12,000 to 15,000/sqm or at present rate this particular property has a market value of Php6,432,000.00. You have saved as much as $42,157.00 at least.
